The room we were upgraded at no charge to was big and included a private safe, central heating, and a work desk.

The hotel is ok overall with a good location in the University district, clean rooms, excellent staff and a good breakfast.

My room was very small. In particular the shower cubicle was so small that I could hardly use it. The free wireless Internet had no signal in my room so I could not use the Internet at all.

Clean hotel in a nicely renovated building adjacent to various tram and buses, taxi to Linate Airport and bus stops. Neat and fancy room with balcony. Excellent location to the nearest metro station piola and nice staff. Nearby Mario's Enobirreria - great place to chill out. A nice stay for one night.

We had a delightful stay at a hotel just a short walk away from all the main attractions in Milan. The breakfast spread was amazing, and there was a nearby supermarket where we could buy delicious Italian food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. we would highly recommend this hotel.

Big beds, Bathroom cleanliness was impecable, minibar was a nice detail, room size was comfortable.
